So, about 13 years ago my best friend, my girlfriend and my self were driving down a street in Alton. My buddy and my self had driven by the Mcpike Mansion many times. We had never seen anything. This night as we pulled the truck over in front of the house to look at it. The headlights looked like they had cut out for a minute. Like if some ran in front of them. The truck was an early 90s Ford ranger. So I didn't sit very high off the ground. We all look forward twords the headlights . Then we noticed a shoe print forming on the window. Spooked we got out of there. We wound up getting tickets to a Halloween camp out at mcpike. We told the owners our story. To our surprise there was a broken tomb in the back of the house were some kids that passed at the house were buried.
