This property was built in 1907 and housed the business of a bed & breakfast until 2011. Many guests have reportedly experiencing the spirits believed to be that of two victims of homicides incidents from 1928. Even the bullet holes from the murders remain visible at the back staircase. The victims are that of the original owners -- former Carbondale Mayor John Charles Hundley and his wife Luella. Screams would be heard roaming the house.
