HellsGate Haunted House

First time going to HellsGate and it was great. I screamed the whole way through. Definitely recommend.

This was my first time at Hellsgate and I went in not knowing much about it. The school bus a cool touch. When we got off the bus and saw the setup it was clear a lot of work went into this. The cemetery walk was creepy in the best way. The rooms inside kept changing and nothing felt repetitive. A couple of the actors in the line were hilarious and made the wait fun.

I'm a small business owner and was thinking of taking my employees to an escape room, but chose here instead and couldn't have been happier. We had a blast. It was a great team outing and everyone was saying how much fun they had. A team that screams together stays together!

Went on a Thursday which I'd recommend if you want shorter lines. You can tell those actors have been doing this for a while. There was one moment in the mansion where I genuinely could not tell if something was a prop or a person until it moved. Had a great time just hanging out afterwards and talking about horror movies with everyone.

Three of us drove about an hour and a half to get here and we'll definitely be back. It's SCARY. The actors are all done up in great makeup and are all over teh place, trying to srurprise you and find new ways to make you scream. We did a lot of it.

I knew we were in the right place when I saw the fog creeping through the cemetery. The mansion is amazing, every single room is scary and has a lot going on. Like being in a horror movie. Definitely coming back!

My sister loves Halloween and her birthday is on October 28. Seems like a match made in heaven! So I took her here for her birthday and it was just the best. So scary but not too intense, like I didn't want to curl up in a ball lol. Sister's happy, I'm happy, thanks!

I can't tell you how many haunted houses I've been to over the years. Hellsgate is different. You ride a school bus out to the middle of nowhere, hike through haunted woods and a cemetery, and then go through a mansion with secret passages and a slide. It's really involved and feels complete.

Go early if you can, but either way it's worth it.

I didn't find it scary at all because it was so packed with people that it was a line the entire time all the way through. The costumes and rooms were very high quality though. If you're more into the theatrical aspect than the scare aspect of haunted houses, this is for you. I've had much creepier times in small haunted houses in the middle of nowhere with no one in them so it actually feels like if the actors do kill you, no one would know since you're isolated lol.

My GF and I had a wonderful and scary time in the haunt. Actors were fantastic and the setting was excellent. The zombies in the woods scared the daylight out of her. One of them even chased us in the dark.
