Inn At 835

This inn dates back to 1909 and was originally built as a private residence. Very little is known about the identity of the ghost that is said to haunt the place. Guests have reported apparitions and have heard voices coming from vacant rooms. The elevator is known to sometimes run by itself and people have even seen books moving on their own.

I was staying in the Delphinium room at the Inn at 835 in December of 2015, upon exiting my room, I shut the door behind us and IMMEDIATLEY the dead bolt from the INSIDE of the room locked me out!. The handy man was called to unlock the door so we could get back in! No explanation could be given! I then requested to be moved to another room ( The Rose Suite). Later that evening there was "someone" was knocking on my door leading out to the veranda! I went outside and NO ONE was there! The next morning I asked if someone was staying in the suite next to me that also shared the same veranda.. And they told me that the room next to me was vacant!.. So I am assuming it was the ghost of Belle Miller!..
