Haunt 31 is One of the nation’s top home haunts and the founder of Chicago Haunt Builders’. Extensive professional and homemade animations, props, static displays, special effects, scents, sounds, walk through, and “un-dead” actors that will startle even the most expecting guest. 2024 is our 26th year of haunting thousands of visitors per season. Be sure to experience the “Chair” animated ride or take your deceased picture in our standing casket. Please note: Display may be cancelled during inclement weather. We have visited this haunted house since my son was 3 and is now 16. They always are adding new things and draw crowds from all around. So amazing to see each year.

I wish I knew about this place in the past! Great display. We were there for a while checking out everything. Had a great time. Owner was super nice too!

Very impressive for a yard haunt. Love the photo op electric chair. Free, but I always toss in some money in the donation box. I can't imagine his electric bill with the amount of lights and animatronics he has going on. Very fun
