Brought a group of six for Halloween week and we all had a blast. The actors were great, really committed to their characters the whole way through. The animatronics were solid too, nothing cheap looking. The wait was long but thats to be expected for this time of year. Probably should have gotten VIP but things moved well.

Went last weekend and honestly just left feeling ripped off. Bought tickets for a specific time slot, showed up on time, and was told the wait was over two hours. We skipped the VIP option, and that felt like the only way that you can have a good experience there. The sets looked good but with people crammed together the whole way through, it didn't matter.

Had a great time at Disturbia last weekend. It's actually really scary, and my friends and I thought it was one of the better haunted houses we've been to. I don't know who's doing the makeup for the actors, but it's absolutely fantastic!

Nobody likes waiting, but Disturbia actually made the long line over the weekend fun. Everyone was having a blast and we met some great people around us. It's really a whole Halloween vibe here.

my boyfriend doesnt get scared by anything and he was grabbing my arm the entire time which honestly made it even more fun we're already talking about coming back next year

TOOK MY TEENAGER HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AND SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. THE ACTORS WERE ALREADY SCARING US BEFORE WE WENT THROUGH THE DOOR AND REALLY HELPED SET THE MOOD. THINGS KEPT CHANGING AND NEVER FELT STALE. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HAD A GREAT TIME.

I’ve done a bunch of haunted houses and usually after a while they all kinda start feeling the same, but Disturbia actually surprised me. The sets were way more detailed than I expected and I legit didn’t notice some of the actors until they were right there. One of them got me so bad I actually jumped and my friends are still giving me crap about it. Will be back!

Went opening weekend with a good group and honestly didnt know what to expect with it being so early in the season. Usually places still feel like they’re working out the kinks opening weekend, but that wasnt really the case here. Everything looked good and the whole place felt ready to go.
The actors were probably one of my favorite parts. They had a lot of energy and you could tell they were actually into it. A few of them got me when I wasnt expecting it and one scare in particular got me pretty good lol. The costumes and makeup were solid too and actually fit the different areas instead of looking thrown together.
Overall we had a really good time. It didnt just feel like walking through a bunch of rooms waiting for someone to jump out at you. There was actually a lot going on and the different areas had their own feel. I’ve been to quite a few haunted houses around Chicago and this is definitely one I’d go back to. Glad we went opening weekend.

We have been to several haunted house and Disturbia is one of the best! Very well organized, good control of the line outside, great actors inside and out, the rooms and all the scary items inside were great and the experience was outstanding! Great for adults and kids and there are refreshments by the line as well as CLEAN bathrooms! One of the best haunted house around!!!
