Karnival of Karnage - Gates of Hell Reviews

So I have gone to this haunt for the last couple years, and wasn't very impressed. Some family and friends went with me because it was local and the price was good. But this year they definitely turned that around! I went last Saturday with a group of friends for something to do, and they didn't let me down. They have completely redesigned the haunt, and added a lot more jump scares, and scenery. If you are from the Belvidere or surrounding area, I would strongly suggest checking this one out!

Super Scary!!! The visit not only gave us some great scares but a handful of sweet memories. Gates of Hell beats all our past haunt visits in the terms of scares, sets as well as props. Costumes and makeups of the actors were very frightening. There was a plenty of things to scare you in the 3D section as well as Vortex area. Staff were informative and friendly. Very well done.

I with my GF went to Karnival of Karnage and we both had a fantastic time there. Each and every room of the house stood out both in the terms of scares as well as characters. The most terrifying one was the 3D section. Crazy clowns in the 3D section scared the daylight out of us. Monsters in the house also came after us. My favourite monster character was the Harley Quinn. Cage room was very frightening to say the least. Performance of the actors were very professional. Overall, one of the best haunted attraction I had been to. The visit was pretty scary, but we enjoyed it well. Recommend this.

Wowser! Very Scary!!!!!! Went with my GF and she screamed out loud several times. The art works in the 3D section was impressive. Vortex area was very terrifying. There was plenty of animatronics too. The sound effects, lightings and special effects were spot-on. There were lots of hidden scares in each corners of the house. The character Harley Quinn was very creepy. For the terrors we saw, price was reasonable. We will be back.

This is hands down the scariest haunt I've been to in the Rockford area.

Went on the trail of screams before going here and this was by far the best of the 2. This one was scary! Trail of screams was more of a 14yr old event. Take your girlfriend and let go of her hand halfway through...... if you survive the night you have won.
