This place is over the top, So many moving parts and animation it's almost like Disneyland! Loved the spiders this year, my Kids love the creepy tree lady that jumps at you. Love the amount of projection affects they use throughout the yard as well.
This place is seriously one of the best haunts we have seen in such a long time.

My granddaughter Charlene and I visit this house quite frequently during October. She was only 6 the first year we visited. We usually stick to viewings in the day time as it can get a little spooky at night. Now that she is 8 we love to see all the creepy lights and props. Our favorite this year is the scary bat ! 💖

I personally look forward to gloomy Oaks Manor display every year. Every year it is something different and it gets better every single year. Some of My personal favorites were the year He did the witches the had a fortune teller that scene was absolutely incredible. There’s just so much to look at at his display. It’s hard to describe all your favorites. There are so many. It’s just absolutely incredible and most of the display is handmade and this year with the vampires theme is incredible.. this year. He also has a bride that looks so realistic she literally scared me. Everything is done so incredibly.

Attention to detail is clearly loved. From the cobwebs to the flying bats, every single section of this home has Halloween spirit. The night we went they had live actors in the yard roaming around scaring people. Really liked the floating grim reaper & Nosferatu. 10/10. Groundbreaker skeleton that's head moved around was really unique too.

Grandkids loved it- Have been visiting this haunt for many years & progressively becomes more elaborate each year! Loved the creepy ghost bride in the huge building in the back. Girl on the house that jumps down at you is awesome!!!!! flying bats were so cool. Will be coming back!

These people know what's up. Classy, spooky, and great taste. Love the Vampires in the front, the jumping bat really got my kids. Went here last year as well & they completely changed the setup & added tons of new stuff!
