This Victorian home was built in 1882 as a private residence, before it became a school and boardinghouse for women until the 1970's. It then became a private home again and is rumored to be haunted by the ghost of a 19 year old who was shot and killed during a party at the residence. Seth Magosky, a history buff and John Wilkes Booth impersonator purchased the home, intending to turn it into a museum, but he passed away in 2007.
